Reading book is a good habit


    Reading books is good for all people in this world. Many knows from reading books, we can treasure of knowledge. From a long ago, books are really important in whatever a thing to know.

    Books are main sources of people knowledge. We have to know that the book is our friend. We can understand many thing in this world from reading books. There are no reasons if people says they do not have time for reading because reading books is not only in library, but we can read a book in everywhere we want. For example Japanese people, they read books everywhere even when they are in the underground railway. As we know, there are always have a time for reading by not to wast it.

    For conclusion, reading books is a good habit. The knowledge is very important in our life. Hope all people know reading books is good in their daily life.

How To Prevent Obesity

Obesity is a health problem.People who are obese are overweight.To prevent this problem,we must be careful with our diet.

   First, we must eat very little sweetened food such as cakes, chocolates and ice-cream. Food that contains high sugar levels can make us put on weight easly.

   Secondly, we must drink less canned drinks, especially fizzy or carbonated drinks. These types of drinks are very sweet and contain a lot of sugar.

   Finally, we must cut down on deep-fried food such as curry puffs, fried bananas and fried chicken. Too much oil in our diet makes us fat.

   Therefore, we must be careful with our diet in order to prevent obesity.
